Chernomor is a red brown beefsteak tomato from Russia. Its name comes from the Russian Chernoye More, which means Black Sea. The strong plants have leaves similar to those of the potato and reach about 180 cm in height.

Chernomor is a variety of late maturation, which matures between 70 and 80 days after pollination. Each robust cluster produces up to 8 tomatoes, which reach between 6 and 10 cm in diameter and weigh up to 150 g.

The red-brown fruits have olive green shoulders. Its juicy and tender pulp is wrapped in a fine and soft skin. Its taste is fruity, spicy and bitterness.
