Aji Pineapple, 10 seeds, Capsicum baccatum (429)

The Aji Pineaplees is a beautiful yellow baccatum pepper with elongated fruits measuring between 2 and 3 inches long. They start in green and mature to the vibrant yellow you see in the photos. Like other Aji peppers, which are often bright and fruity, the Aji Pineaple is moderately hot.

I've been told this is a weird aji, though it's a shame. It's a delicious pepper and it works on many dishes. Plants are easy to grow and are very productive, at least from my personal experience.
