Description
This variety originated outside Budapest, in Hungary, around 1900, is a relic you must have and keep. The bright oxen hearts (for their shape, color and excellent taste) of reddish pink are large and appetizing, often exceeding 450 gr. It's a firm and fleshy fruit. Ideal for salads, sauces and decorations.
