The Freeport variety (Capsicum chinense) belongs to the Scotch Bonnet family and comes from the Bahamas and is very productive with its orange fruits. The plant remains quite small and compact in its growth (height about 50-70 cm in the pot) with a beautiful crown under which they ripen countless fruits. Yellow organic fruits also have the typical ornate form of Scotch Bonnet. The ripe fruit relatively early and the harvest can be extended until the end of September and the beginning of October.
