Large, flattened fruit, similar to a steak, 250 to 500 grams of weight, with curved and acanised shoulders, which retain their pristine white colour until maturation, unlike other 'white'.

Fleshy pulp with a light and fresh taste, aromatic taste that combines the best of both parents.

Excellent productivity.
